Getting Around Ann Arbor

The City of Ann Arbor has an excellent city bus system known to locals as "The Ride."  With over 1500 stops along the way, The Ride is a great way to get around.

Taxi
You can't hail a cab from a curb in Ann Arbor. However, you may find cabs in frequented spots - the Michigan Union on the U of M campus, at the Amtrak station, or on the southwest corner of Main and Washington downtown. Call any of the cab companies to bring a taxi to you within 5-15 minutes.
